FREIGHT DAMAGE (Claim to be filed with carrier)
- Shipments must be inspected within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- If freight damage is found, the freight company will require pictures of both damage and
packaging as well as related invoice number. - Claims must be submitted to freight carrier within 5 business days for disposition.

OPTION 1/DISCOUNT to be agreed upon between Luke Home (Sales Rep) and dealer. Once agreed, credit note will be issued by Luke Home, directly to dealer to be taken on future invoice.
OPTION 2/REPAIR Luke Home Rep and dealer to work together to secure local repair vendor. Luke Home must receive ESTIMATE for approval before any work is done. If approved, repair invoice to be submitted to Luke Home ([email protected]) for payment.
OPTION 3/REPLACEMENT The defective piece to be DONATED. Dealer to provide DONATION receipt to Luke Home. When Luke Home receives donation slip a full credit to be issued to dealer.

DO’S & DON’TS OF CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER FURNITURE
1-Do: Wipe your furniture down with a damp cloth once a month. Please alternate your positioning in the areas where you sit. We ask you to keep your leather furniture at least 2 feet from an air duct.
2-Do Not: Expose your leather furniture to direct Sunlight. Please do not sit in your furniture with wet clothing on. Do not use harsh abrasives on your leather furniture, only soap and water. The warranty will be invalid. We do not cover any product that has been conditioned or cleaned with foreign substances other than mild soap and water. Luke Home cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur in the home WITHIN Or AFTER the warranty time frame that may be due to excessive wear or unauthorized cleaning or conditioning of the leather. Under normal household usage the leather will look and feel softer as time goes on. This is was is commonly referred to as “The Hallmark of Genuine Leather”.
